Let's Talk About Me!

As a software engineer, I love working on projects and initiatives that help my community. One project is Citizenship Readiness, a full-stack app that helps people prepare for the civics test in English and Spanish, aiding those who don’t speak the language. Over the past year, I focused on earning my certification in Fundamentals of Open Source IT and Cloud Computing from The Linux Foundation. I also completed LinkedIn’s certifications in Cybersecurity Foundations, Javascript, IT Security. Since then, I have continued to strengthen my skill set by completing the University of Helsinki Full-Stack open curriculum.

Most recently, I joined the Out in Tech Boston chapter, where I have hosted events such as AI Integrity: Bias, Ethics, and Social Impact with multiple panel speakers; Helping Trans Folks with Name Changing in partnership with Fenway Health; and Exploring LGBTQ+ Rights: Past, Present, and Community Support.
